Good fit, long delivery

I ordered the Nude Pumps, 4.0 style, and they arrived in about 12 days to my address in California. The tracking updated, but not super often, so I was a little antsy. The shoes themselves fit true to size. I wore them for an event, and the Air-touch Foam really did make a difference; my feet didn't ache like they usually do after a few hours in heels. The leather felt soft, and the construction seemed solid. I only had a question about cleaning them, which I found on their FAQ, so I didn't need to contact support.

Love these Air-touch pumps!

I got the Stiletto Heels with the Air-touch Foam and they are SO comfortable! I wore them all day at work right out of the box and no blisters. The black velvet looks really sharp. I will definitely be buying more shoes from 7or9 soon. You need to try these!

Are returns easy if they don't fit or I just don't like them? Like, do you have to pay for return shipping or anything? I'm in California.

Yeah, I've returned stuff from them before. I'm pretty sure domestic returns are free, you just gotta make sure they're unworn and in the original packaging. I think international might be different though, so good thing you're in CA.

Thinking of getting a pair of the 7or9 pumps, but also looking at Vivaia. Anyone have experience with both? How do they compare for comfort and style?

I have heels from both! 7or9 definitely wins on comfort for me. The Air-touch foam is no joke. Vivaia are fine for short periods but not all-day wear like 7or9. Style wise, depends on the shoe, but 7or9 feels a bit more structured/classic I guess?

My sister has Vivaia and I have 7or9. She says hers are okay but sometimes rub. I find my 7or9s much softer inside. For overall comfort and being able to wear them longer, 7or9 is better for sure.

I wore my pointed toe ones to a wedding last month, was on my feet for hours and honestly, my feet weren't screaming at me. definitely better than any other heels I own.

Yeah, I have the 3.0 pumps and they're legit. I wear them to the office all day, even walking to and from the train. They're not sneakers comfy, obviously, but for heels, they're surprisingly good. The foam makes a difference.

What's the deal with sizing for 7or9? Do they run true to size, or should I size up/down? I'm usually an 8 but sometimes heels can be weird.

I found them pretty true to size. I'm a 7.5 and my 7.5 pumps fit perfectly.

Mine were TTS. I'd stick with your usual size. I think they have a size guide on the site too, might be worth checking the measurements.

Nah, usually those welcome codes can't be stacked with other sales, especially bigger ones like Black Friday. I tried that last year, didn't work for me.

I think their policy is generally no stacking coupons. So you'd probably have to pick either the first order discount or the Black Friday deal, whichever is better for the shoes you want.
